EM11557 - Save resources and time by verifying the quality of automated welds in real time with the Weld-i 625 by iShot Imaging. This system is a high resolution color CCD camera with 3.5-meter integral fiberoptic illumination.

The camera head is compact at just 0.625-inch diameter and 3-inches long. The filter is controlled remotely allowing for viewing in weld and non-weld modes. Interchangeable 4mm, 8mm, or 15mm lenses allow you to adapt to a different target size and distance. This unit is equipped with air/water cooling which protects the internal components from high heat. It also uses a 1/4-20 mount allowing for easy attachment to machinery.

System includes camera head, choice of lens, control unit with auxiliary power, 3.5-meter cable and light guide, 1/4-20 mount, and spot filter.

Additional options includes a right angle mirror attachment for when you need a 90-degree view.
